I want to get involved, but what do I have to offer?

Like most people, you’re probably someone who has always wanted to give back, but you don’t feel like just giving money.  But what else is there to give?

How about your talent!

There’s nothing more satisfying than offering what you know best.  All you have to do is ask yourself what interests YOU personally.  Are you a photographer?  Then why not offer a photo session for your favorite animal rescue organization.  Maybe you’ve got mad writing skills and you want to write a newsletter for your city’s local homeless shelter.

Your offer doesn’t even need to be artistic!  You can offer anything – just be creative!

The important thing is to get involved.  Even if you don’t post an offer right away, you can post an idea to share with other community members who might turn your idea into an offer of their own.  And once you have your Creative Offering profile, you can connect with others to see how they’re making a difference with their offers.
