How it started…

Creative Offering started with a simple idea that was sparked by an honest question. Founders Jason Niedle and April Malina wanted to give back to the world by creating a video using their photo, video, and musical talents in order to raise funds for a charitable organization. Sounds like a great idea, right? But there was a problem. How would they find a charitable organization that wanted what they had to offer?

Sure, there are a number of charitable sites where one could quickly donate money. But what about donating talent, time or service?

Jason and April found that there was no such site that suited their specific criteria: a site that would connect individuals wanting to offer their time or talent to charitable organizations that need their services.

And so they decided to start Creative Offering!

Although the word “creative” many times implies artistic, Jason and April just wanted to challenge Offerors to think creatively and get involved with giving. Basically, they wanted to change the way the world gives.

Our Mission

Creative Offering is a California-based 501©3 company with the following mission:

Creative Offering aims to solve the problem of “I’d like to contribute more than just money” by connecting people willing to offer their services to the socially-beneficial organizations that need them.

Board of Directors

Creative Offering’s operational decisions are made by a Board of Directors consisting of Jason Niedle, Melissa Priest, Michael Ross, and Ed Jarrin.

Jason Niedle

Jason is a successful designer, and the Co-Founder of Creative Offering. A seasoned art director with a degree in philosophy, Jason tends to frequently ask “why?” Recently, this “logical yet artistic” quality prepared him for a multi-year project as the lead designer of several of the world’s most published books, read by tens of millions of people in 15+ languages.

Jason also has extensive management experience. He is the president of a local Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) chapter where he has led 100 entrepreneurs with over $1 billion in revenues. Jason has also become an Area Director for 5 chapters, and went on to coach 100 global “Presidents of Presidents” on how to lead their chapters.

In the last few years, Jason’s photography has been seen on magazine covers, in various calendars, on television, in global newspapers, and in several books.

Jason is recently engaged to the wonderfully talented singer and voiceover artist April Malina and resides in Orange County, California. Together they intend to change the world just a little bit by using their combined creativity.

Jason is most proud of his participation in supporting a number of child-related causes.

Michael Ross

Melissa Priest

Melissa is an expert in global small parcel freight negotiation. During Melissa's tenure with FedEx, her strategic negotiating skills resulted in over $200 million in new business. She was consistently ranked in the top 5% of sales performance and repeatedly achieved President's Club.

As Managing Director at AFMS Logistics Management Group, Melissa has utilized her experience to recapture tens of millions in freight expenses for her clients. And her results aren't just limited to savings: they cover a wide gamut of supply chain initiatives, including customs compliance, invoice auditing, strategic sourcing, contract implementation, global logistics management, and more.

Melissa is based in Orange County, California, and travels frequently to consult with her clients. She is regularly published in industry publications such as PARCEL Magazine, worked with the U.S. Postal Service to change policies relating to custom pricing, writes the bimonthly Transportation Talk newsletter, and frequently presents at industry conferences.
